Join us in the exciting, fast-paced world of on-demand software sales! Parature is looking for experienced, eager, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and superior sales abilities to join our sales team.
As a Sales Associate working out of our Tysons Corner office, you will be a key player on the team responsible for generating sales opportunities of our award-winning customer support and help desk software solutions. Your primary objective will to engage top executives within our target market, to identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
Successful candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills. They are strong business thinkers, well organized and passionate about becoming top producing sales executives in their field.
Job Responsibilities:
• Execute call prospecting campaigns into target markets to identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
• Cultivate leads generated through marketing activity into prospects by communicating Parature's value proposition tailored to their needs.
• Qualify sales leads generated by phone, internet marketing, online demonstrations, seminars, trade shows, association memberships, industry and target account lists.
• Participate in lead generation programs throughout the year including special events, seminars, and tradeshows.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Excellent phone and email presence and superior interpersonal skills
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Results-driven individual, capable of leading prospects to the next step in the sales process
• Strong work ethic and positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and consultative selling
• Experience with sales automation systems
