STARDEK is the market leader in decorative cement since 1972. You need to see this for
yourself to appreciate what it does to make driveways, patios, pool areas, walkways, and parking lots
beautiful. We increase property values and make houses a lot easier to sell for a modest investment.
Position This is a business opportunity without the fees. We have over 3,000 installers in our
network. You can do the sales and they will do the physical labor. In this case you get paid by the
installer you select in the area you are working. You can also build your own sales team to do this
in a big way across the country and beyond. Your sales team will call on owners of local retail
businesses, apartments, and office buildings. You will also conduct marketing campaigns in
residential areas. Third-party deals with real estate agents, insurance agents, and others can drive
sales for you. You can do the installations yourself and run the entire business - bid the job, do
the installation, bill the customers directly, pay the labor, and keep all the profits. Add a sales
team and work some smart marketing campaigns and you are making even more money.

Location
This position is available anywhere in the U.S. and worldwide. You will be based out of your home office.
You will visit prospects in-person and also prospect and set appointments by phone. You can work one
market area of a hundred. If you want to work Chicago in the Summer and Phoenix or Miami in the
winter than you can do so and won't need to ask for permission.

Requirements
We will consider any candidate with an entrepreneurial background that is sales and business savvy. Sales experience to small businesses and to homeowners is preferred. If you have owned your own successful business you
go to the head of the line.

This is a performance pay position offering a fast way to be in business with no fees, a flexible schedule, and high commissions (or profits) in exchange for no salary. This is a realistic opportunity to earn $3,000 to $50,000 and more per month depending on your schedule and how you operate and build your business.
